Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

myCard, a business venture of Fidel Softech Pvt. Ltd., allows the customers to claim refund within two hours of order placement.
By using myCard services you confirm that you have read and agree with the following terms and conditions:

1. Changes in Design/Content

Any changes in namecard content or design will be accepted only within two hours of placement of order. Such changes must be conveyed to us by sending an email at 1stopdtp@filose.com

We have no bindings to accept the changes that are not conveyed to us within two hours of placement of the order. myCard holds the right to accept or reject such changes.

2. Cancellation and Refund

We give 75% of the paid amount as a refund, if you cancel an order within two hours of its placement. 25% of the total paid is deducted as two-way processing charges. Customers may be asked to provide a valid reason for cancelling an order and claiming a refund.

No refund shall be given if an order is cancelled after two hours of placement, irrespective of the reason of cancellation.

3. Non-delivery of Order

myCard will give a complete refund of the order amount only if we fail to deliver you the ordered namecards in PDF (portable document format) within 7 days of order placement.

We will not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever caused resulting from inability to provide a service.

4. Order Format

As we have agreed to supply your order, it will be in whatever format and contain the information that we, in our absolute discretion, deem appropriate.

5. Information Accuracy And Copyright

Any services that we provide to you are reliant on the information that is provided by you, so you are solely responsible for ensuring that any information that you provide us is accurate.

You confirm that any data, information, logo, images given to us is checked by you for accuracy and that anything provided to us does not breach any copyright, intellectual property or the rights of any third party, whatsoever in nature, and is not contrary to any law. You also agree that you hold full copyright of any material/ information that you provide to us.

6. Overriding Terms

For products and services sold through myCard, this order cancellation and refund policy will normally override any statements to the contrary contained on a product or service provider’s website or terms and conditions of sale.

In case an order is cancelled within the mentioned time limit, a refund can only be credited to the original account from which payment was made to place the order. If such account is closed, then no refund will be granted.

myCard may take steps to restrict customers that make repeated purchases followed by requests for cancellation and refunds from making further purchases through myCard.

7. Dispute Resolution Procedures

The myCard dispute system is designed to help customers resolve disputes in a polite and amicable manner.Failure or delay in dealing with dispute processes may result in the matter being decided by myCard.

All claims and disputes will be subject to Pune (India) jurisdiction only.

8. Other Reasons for Cancellation of Order

myCard reserves the right to cancel a transaction in order to comply with credit card industry regulations, payment processor and banking rules, or the need to comply with legal requirements, intellectual property rights, court orders and law enforcement agencies.

Refunds may also take place as a result of a processing error, technical problem, chargeback, threat of chargeback or any fraudulent transaction or situation which myCard reasonably considers to be potentially fraudulent, unlawful, or in breach of myCard’ prohibited items & DCMA policy or privacy policy.

9. Liability Disclaimer

We will not be held responsible for any loss, incidental or consequential damage, or loss arising out of installation, use (unauthorized or otherwise), errors, mistakes, accident, theft or fraud, destruction, or any part of the provision of services. We are not responsible for any loss or damages which may occur if we fail to delivery your order or if you are not satisfied with our services.

We make no warranty against electronic virus, worms or any other fault or defect or problems which may occur or which you may face consequently or at a later date. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever caused resulting from inability to provide a service or where a virus or defect occurs as a result of any e-mail or document we send you.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us and hold myCard, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees harmless from any claims that may be brought against us arising from the information you provide to us and any costs we will incur regarding this, and pay any administration fee we may charge you for providing the services described in this condition.

You also indemnify us against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that we incur if you breach the above confirmation.

Agreement to the Above Terms and Conditions

Use of the myCard platform to purchase or sell items requires your agreement to our Refund Policy. This policy may be updated from time to time, so you should check our policies regularly.
